These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Electrobai Electronics Store website and purchases made through it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

About Electrobai

Electrobai Electronics Store is an online electronics retailer serving customers across the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently offer a physical customer pickup counter. For support, contact support@electrobai.com or +971 52 915 2001.

Products, pricing, and availability

We aim to display product descriptions, images, availability, and AED prices accurately. Product images may be illustrative and colours or packaging may appear differently on different screens. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Prices are stated in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes where applicable; Electrobai is not VAT-registered.

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, incomplete descriptions, or availability issues at any time. If a confirmed order is affected, we may contact you with available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing information is clearly incorrect, delivery cannot be completed, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Payments

Eligible payment options may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery, Tabby, and Tamara. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order, address, product, provider eligibility, and technical availability. For Tabby or Tamara, the provider’s own approval and payment terms apply.

Delivery

Electrobai delivers across all UAE Emirates. Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, subject to availability, verification, courier operations, and destination conditions. Orders over AED 200 receive free delivery; eligible orders of AED 200 or less have a flat AED 15 delivery charge. The final checkout amount and delivery charge shown before payment apply to the order.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We may contact you to confirm delivery details. Please inspect the package and products upon delivery and report any issue promptly.

Returns, refunds, and warranties

Our standard return period is 7 days from delivery for unopened items in original packaging and resalable condition. Return eligibility, exceptions, refund timing, and warranty procedures are explained in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Standard manufacturer warranty applies to eligible electronics, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated means to extract data without permission, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

The Electrobai name, website design, written content, images, logos, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Electrobai or their respective owners. They may not be copied or used without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Electrobai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
