UAE-wide electronics delivery
Electrobai delivers online orders to customers across all UAE Emirates. We do not provide customer pickup or a physical collection counter at this time.
Delivery timeframe
Most eligible orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timing may vary where an item is temporarily unavailable, additional order verification is needed, the destination is remote, the courier experiences operational delays, or a public holiday applies. We will use the contact details supplied at checkout to provide available order updates.

The final delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you place the order. Electrobai may update delivery pricing or availability for future orders; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your completed order.
Delivery address and receiving an order
Please provide a complete UAE delivery address and a reachable contact number when checking out. Someone authorised should be available to receive the order, especially if Cash on Delivery is selected. If the courier cannot complete a delivery because the address or contact details are incorrect, delayed delivery or additional charges may apply.
